Ranging from +12VDC to +90VDC and 0.2 to 9 Amps, Motion Control Products offers half/full step and microstepping drives and systems in panel mounted and PCB mounted styles. Our stepper drives include IMS® range and our own cost-effective MSD range.
A NEW range of 2-phase digital microstepping drives known as the DMD range. The DMD digital drives are based on a powerful 32-bit DSP controller, having a large number of features including extremely low stepping noise, anti-resonance, low speed ripple smoothing, which results in low motor heating. Motor noise is actually reduced by a massive 70% over analogue technology.
Motion Control Products has one of the largest ranges of digital brushed and brushless servo drives to suit a host of applications. They are supplied in stand alone, PCB mounted or panel mount with a selection of bus protocols or simply supplied with control inputs for analogue or step and direction inputs. With output powers from less than 100W and inclusive up to 110Kw the drives can meet most applications demanding, speed loop, torque loop or position loop formats.
Motion Control Products range of analogue brushed or brushless servo drives can either drive brushless or brushed servo motors with a host of feedback devices including tacho, encoder, resolver or armature voltage feedback. Our analogue servo drives are provided in stand alone, rack mounted or panel mount formats and can take DC or AC supplies either directly or via a power supply.
