With a power range from 200W to 15kW, our new EDC, EDB and ProNet series servo system are introduced as our new standard package of servomotor and servo drive combination, to complement our other MCP servo system families of DSD/LSM economic servo system and BDS/BDM advanced servo system.
EDC series servo systems, cover power ranges from 200W to 750W, it is designed for cost-effective applications with input control via step and direction. The units consist of control software using C language which ensures a high responsive servo loop. Programming can be done using a palm operator panel to set, change or monitor the parameters, with the drive eight-node built-in positioning points, or by using windows-based software, which can be set using RS232 or CANopen.
EDB series has designed to meet general purpose applications in mind. It covers power ranges from 750W to 5kW, with excellent servo software control technology and hardware design which leads to a high performance servo solution. Features include high overload capacity, auto tuning, control flexibility, single axis positioning and windows-based software etc.
The advance flag ship is the ProNet series which cover power ranges from 750W to 15kW, the ProNet series servo system adds function including current forward-feedback control, acceleration forward-feedback control, speed and inertia viewer which, in turn, enables the ProNet series servo drive to improve its response performance more than three times than previous products. Furthermore, its 'on-line automatic adjustment function' can achieve the best servo control effect. ProNet is also designed with expansion module interfaces. It has RS485 and CAN communication interface, in addition, it is able to support MODBUS, CANopen and PROFIBUS communication protocol.
