MCP integrated brushless motors include simple versions combining brushless dc motor and integrated electronic drive plus more complex brushless servo motors with integrated servo drive AND controller combined with optional encoder and power supply.
NEMA motor sizes through 17, 23, 34 and 42 stepper are included (depending on version). For further details, please refer to the applicable motor data sheets as there are many, many variants with differing capabilities.
Schneider's integrated drives Lexium® ILA/ILE series comprise the brushless motor, positioning controller, power electronics, fieldbus and "Safe-Torque-Off" safety function in an extremely compact single device. There are two motor frame sizes (57mm & 85mm) available, input voltage from 24VDC-36VDC or 24VDC-48VDC, with or without holding brake / gearbox as the options. Depending on the models, the Lexium ILA/ILE integrated drives will support CANopen, DeviceNet, RS 485, PROFIBUS DP, EtherNet/IP, Ethernet Powerlink, EtherCAT, ModbusTCP.
MCP integrated brushless dc motors combine a brushless dc motor and integrated electronic drive offering long, service-free life and simplicity of operation. NEMA motor sizes 17 and 23 are included and built-in functionality includes additional inputs for direction of rotation, speed control loop using 0-5vdc along with a TTL-compatible tacho output signal and +5vdc voltage output signal.
The FAST-BACK family of brushless ac servo motors with integrated digital electronic drive brings a new generation of distributed motor control options to customers in a variety of automation applications. Torque range available from the Fast-back series covers applications from 1.1 to 7.5 Nm continuous rating from a 220 Vac power supply. The integrated motion controller uses a CANBUS interface.
